OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU AS WE NAVIGATE COVID-19

 

To all our Clients

Australian Property & Building Inspections continue to provide inspection services during the COVID-19 restrictions.

Inspections are booked online or phone at our national call centre. Staff at our call centre are currently working remotely and with rostered ad hoc days at the office to minimise contact between each other to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Our building inspectors work remotely, across Australia. They do not attend our State offices and have no contact with management and administration staff except by phone, email and if necessary face time.

Each inspection conducted by an Australian Property & Building Inspections inspector is contactless. Provided the inspector can access the property they will complete the inspection without contact with the client, property manager or site manager being present.

Each inspector follows correct hand sanitisation practices before and after each inspection.

On completion of the visual inspection the building inspector completes the report remotely before emailing the completed report to the client. The client can then telephone the building inspector directly on their mobile phone to discuss the inspection.

Payments for reports can be completed by B-PAY, online or by providing your credit card details to an administration staff member on 1300 657 546.
