Troy is a qualified and licenced builder with over 10 years experience in the building and construction industry. He has great knowledge of the Building Act Queensland and the Building Act 1993.

Troy has worked on and supervised many building projects over the past 10 years such as new luxury homes, double storey unit complexes, and residential renovations.
Troy also has many years of experience conducting building and pest inspections for clients looking at purchasing a new home as well as stage inspections for new builds.
Troy has brought his wealth of experience and extensive knowledge of the building industry, along with his passion, to Australian Property and Building Inspections as one of our Brisbane Inspectors. He conducts pre-purchase and pre-sale inspections (including building and pest inspections) plus stage inspections for new builds in the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast areas.
