Edward Nagy is employed with Australian Property and Building Inspections (APBI). APBI is a national provider of building inspection services.

Our fully-insured team is made up of experienced members of the building and construction industry who collectively provide countless building inspections across Australia every day. With offices located across the country, in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory and South Australia our inspectors are well placed to cater to all inspection needs. We are also the national provider of building inspection reports for the Foxtel show Selling Houses Australia now in it’s eleventh season. Each conducted by one of our team of professional building inspectors.

Edward works with us conducting Building Inspections, Pre-purchase/pre-sale Inspections, Dilapidation and Pest Control inspections in the Sydney metropolitan area.

Edward is a licenced builder with 15 years experience in the industry.

Edward holds the following qualifications and certificates:

• Diploma in Building and Construction
• Construction Industry White Card
• Pre-purchase Inspection Report and Writing

As with all our inspectors Edward holds a National Police Check certificate and is covered with APBI for Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
